A company site should say what you do, whom you help and how to reach you. A web application is different: internal work in the browser, when a public page is not enough.
KIS86 builds company websites and web applications and maintains them after handover if maintenance is agreed. The text is written so a person understands the service without guessing. The pages are shaped for a phone and for a computer.

A company website
A good company site has separate pages for the real services, clear titles, and a visible way to call or send an inquiry. It is not filled with invented reviews, a fake team, or the same text for dozens of cities. This site is made on the same principle: separate pages, readable text, and a form that is sent through Formspree.
A layout for every screen
Most people open the phone first. The call and inquiry buttons stay reachable, the text does not run off the screen, and the menu works with a finger and with a keyboard. A tablet is not a shrunk computer and not a stretched phone — the arrangement changes with the width.
Web applications
A web application is a system in the browser: requests, a schedule, a register, an internal panel. It is built when data must be entered by more than one person and kept in better order than a shared spreadsheet. The scope is written in advance. A link to another program is added only if the exchange is realistic.

Technical SEO
The technical preparation helps search engines read the site: a unique title and description on every page, one main heading, ordinary addresses, a canonical address, a sitemap, a robots file, internal links, and structured data that matches the visible text. Pages open quickly and the content is in the HTML, not only after a heavy script.
This is not a promise of first place or of a specific position in Google. Ranking depends on the queries, the competition, and whether the text really answers the search. Hidden keywords are not added.
Maintenance
After launch a site needs small corrections, a Formspree form, and attention if the hosting or the certificate expires. Maintenance is agreed: what it includes and how a change is requested. It does not automatically include new pages or advertising.
