What the form sends

The form sends a name, an email, a phone if you fill it in, the chosen service, and the text of the message. A hidden field used against automatic submissions is not used for a reply. The data is passed to Formspree (formspree.io), which forwards it to the mailbox configured in that panel. The site has no database of its own and does not keep a copy of the form. Success is shown only when Formspree confirms acceptance. If sending fails, the page offers a phone call.

Formspree handles the message under its own rules: privacy policy. Processing may pass through infrastructure outside the European Economic Area if that is how the service works.

Language

The address / opens the Bulgarian version. Choosing БГ, EN, РУ or TR opens the same page in the other language. The browser may remember the language in localStorage under the name kis86-lang. That is not used for advertising, statistics, or a redirect based on location.

What the site does not do

It does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not show a tracking banner.
It does not embed advertising or analytics scripts. The phone, WhatsApp and Viber links are ordinary addresses.
It does not make automated decisions with legal effect for you.

The site is for business services. It is not aimed at children.
